Here at Salty Ocean Acre, we are baking organic sourdough loaves for our community! Simple ingredients in our bread: filtered water, organic bread flour, & ancient sea salt. Each loaf cold ferments for roughly 18-24 hours. We also have dehydrated & fresh sourdough starters with instructions, so you can get started on your own sourdough journey
