Specialized food cart featuring the “Wally Dog” – a Chicago-style premium beef hot dog with a perfect blend of toppings. Our menu items include a savory Polish sausage, classic Chicago Italian beef, a simply delightful chili dog, Italian sausage handmade locally, and other mouth-watering options. The hot dogs and Polish sausage are literally a Chicago favorite using a recipe created by Vienna Beef in 1893 for the Worlds Columbian Exhibition and fast becoming a Falmouth favorite.
